Hunt Brown has a proven track record in all areas of real estate related civil litigation.  He has  been lead counsel on countless real estate transactions ranging from service agreements with property management companies to closings on some of the largest buildings in downtown Denver.  Mr. Brown has also acted as Colorado counsel on real estate transactions throughout the United States, including shopping centers in Arizona, apartment  and office buildings in Texas, and retail outlets in Washington and Utah.  Prior to founding Huntington C. Brown & Associates, LLC, Mr. Brown was a partner with the firm of Brown and Lewis starting in the early 1980’s and, more recently, Brown Gold Law Firm.  Mr. Brown’s practice has involved mechanic’s liens, retail and office leases, foreclosures, partnership formations and dissolution, construction defects, easements, residential sales, property management, corporate and limited liability company formations (plus maintenance and termination), and financing transactions.  Mr. Brown has lectured on real estate related matters through the Continuing Legal Education wing of the Colorado Bar Association and has been involved in both landmark real estate cases and statutory revisions of real estate law in Colorado.

Mr Brown received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University in Palo Alto, CA in 1972.  He received his Juris Doctorate from the Sturm College of Law, Denver University , Denver CO in 1977.   He was admitted to the Colorado Bar 1977, and, since 1977, has been rated as "AV" which is the highest rating for excellence and ethics in legal services given by Martindale-Hubbell, one of the most respected attorney rating services in the world.
